The management of GoFastAuction strictly prohibits the abuse of any member in any form.  Every site member is worthy of respect, and failure to observe common rules of decency will not be tolerated.

The consequences for abusing another member include, but are not limited to the following:

• Membership suspension and/or cancellation
• Auction or classified ad cancellation
• Restriction of access to GoFastAuction or any part therof
• Forfeit of yearly fee

Threats and Intimidation

Any threat of bodily harm or property damage is a serious matter that must be reported immediately to law enforcement.  Threats made over the telephone or the Internet could be a federal crime and contacting the providers of these services may provide additional guidance about how to proceed.  Always report threats to local police.

The attempt to intimidate a person into purchasing an item or to return money without good cause may also qualify as a crime.  Consult with local police to determine how to proceed.

Notify GoFastAuction management of any threats or intimidation, and include any documentation in your possession.  Our response will be swift, because this type of behavior undermines the intent and purpose of our community.

Profanity and Hateful Language

Profanity and hateful language promoting, exhibiting or implying racist, sexist, obscene, vulgar or sexual context is prohibited at GoFastAuction.  It is also forbidden to encourage or show support for individuals and organizations committed to lifestyles or the notions listed above.

Any member of GoFastAuction, whether a target of such language or not, is obligated to report offensive language to GoFastAuction management.  Information to include in the report includes:

• User ID of the offending party
• The language used
• Where or how the language is displayed
• When the posting occurred

GoFastAuction is a venue for business, and just as this language is not tolerated during the conduct of in-person dealings, it will not be allowed here.  We are dedicated to building a community of positive and constructive interactions among its members.
