It’s always better to make every attempt to resolve a dispute by any and all possible means before filing a dispute. Our community depends upon the good will of our members, and
GoFastAuction management encourages honest business practices for all.
Sometimes members disagree about the terms of a sale or have a sincere misunderstanding of the applicable rules. When all other resolution alternatives have been exhausted, either or both parties may file a dispute. Go to the Help menu and click on “Report a Problem.” Simply fill out the form on the page as completely as possible and submit it for review.
Management will examine the filed details and contact both parties to verify the facts involved.
GoFastAuction will make a finding within TIME PERIOD with regard to how the disagreement relates to the terms and conditions of the site. Since both parties agreed to be bound by the site’s terms and conditions, the dispute will be effectively resolved after our decision in most cases.
GoFastAuction does not operate as an arbitrator or binding legal authority of any kind pertaining to disputes between our members however we reserve the right to take any of the following actions when a member fails to or refuses to comply with the terms and conditions of the site at any time:
- Membership suspension and/or cancellation
- Auction or classified ad cancellation
- Restriction of access to GoFastAuction or any part thereof
- Forfeit of yearly fee
- Taking any and all legal recourse available
When members are still unable to resolve a dispute after receiving our findings, we recommend the use of an independent arbiter such as the American Arbitration Association.
GoFastAuction will never become a party to a private dispute between members except with respect to how the facts of the issue are or are not in compliance with site terms and conditions.
