Items posted for sale at GoFastAuction are generally restricted to vintage, classic and antique vehicles and related items.  However, general automotive items may be acceptable as long as no item violates the following prohibited items policy.

All vehicles and other related sale items must meet the following criteria:

• The seller must have legal title to the vehicle or item being sold
• Item must be listed accurately without violating intellectual copyright or infringing upon a manufacturer’s trademark.
• All items must be sold for lawful purposes and must not encourage others to violate law.
• No item may be hazardous or a restricted commerce item in the United States of America.
• No ad may feature counterfeit items or products in violation of United States commerce laws.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in any or all of the following consequences.  For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.

• Membership suspension and/or cancellation
• Auction or classified ad cancellation
• Restriction of access to GoFastAuction or any part therof
• Forfeit of yearly fee
• Notification of applicable state and/or federal law enforcement
